21st of June 2014 – completing the multimedia DVD album with results of the teleproject and its distribution it to the participating schools

My town, Friendship; then based on prepared melody stored in MIDI file each participating school will sing and record one verse and chorus with the prepared lyrics and also one verse with their own lyrics; then of all recordings will result in one common song, in which all participating schools will sing one verse and chorus and then gradually each school will sing one verse with own lyrics; finally after the delivery of each school's own lyrics, recorded verses and chorus, photos during song recording final audio and video versions of the common song will be completed; we recommend to upload files in MP3 or OGG audio format, JPEG or PNG graphic format and FLV or MP4 video format)

Participants of the teleproject may be a school, but also a group of people or an individual.
Participants of the teleproject is represented by a designated contact person.
Each contact person has to register at the website http://ics.upjs.sk/~teleprojekty/client/ and fill registration form in detail and truthfully and log into teleproject Let's Sing Together 2014.
Selection of songs which will upload into teleproject server is the responsibility of the contact person. In any case, we will only accept free songs, folk songs and no represented songs of authors represented by SOZA (Slovak performing and mechanical rights society) or any other authority.
Each contact person is required to provide a consent to publish the results from all teleproject participants (or their legal representatives) and to send it to the project server as well as to upload all the results on teleproject server on time.
We welcome the cooperation between several authors in creating songs, e. g. creating musical background or lyrics for other participants of the teleproject.
Contact persons are required to use the filenames without diacritics (accents) and spaces. When uploading files it is also required to fill in the name(s) of the author(s), the name(s) of each song or possibly some additional information, e. g. name of author of musical background - another participant of the teleproject. We also require to add metadata to audio file, e. g. name of author, name of song, genre etc.
